Mina is an AI teammate that takes part in your meetings, then runs your day like a chief of staff. Mina joins Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams meetings as active participants, not silent recorders, answering questions live, pulling up documents, and finishing the follow-up before the call ends: emails drafted, Jira tickets opened, CRM updated.
Executive Mina goes further, working across your day in three ways: a second set of eyes in meetings, privately flagging what got missed; a coach giving private feedback on talk time and missed questions; and an orchestrator running your skills (one-off tasks like "draft the investor update") and workflow agents (recurring work like a Monday pipeline nudger).
